I just wanted to let you know how incredibly happy we are with our new 2011 Silverado and to thank you and Kylie for making the purchase process as simple as possible.

If only more dealerships were as professional and easy to deal with as yourself and the team at Performax.

Your knowledge of the vehicle and the conversion process was the deciding factor for us and the pre-delivery demonstration was invaluable.

I finally had the chance to tow our boat up to Somerset dam this weekend and the vehicle exceeded all expectations. At 3.45t the boat used to be a handful in the mountains for anything that we had used previously, but not with the Chevy, tow hall mode makes all the difference and the hills seemed like flat roads.

Once again thank you for your help and I will defiantly be recommending yourself and Performax.

We've not met, however, I took delivery of a new 2011 Silverado late on Friday (8.00pm). Although the delivery was delayed somewhat, it was by no means for the want of trying by your staff.
I am especially appreciative of the service given by Paul Frost and your Service Manager, Steve Taylor. I got the distinct impression that Steve was embarrassed about the time being taken to have the vehicle ready, but there was no way he was going to let it go until he was satisfied everything was as it should be, and I appreciate that.
If the rest of your staff is as dedicated to Performax Customer Service as Paul and Steve, then it is no surprise why your company is such a success.
